1) Registration
Register via the Register button.
2) Creating a account
Create your account - use the same email you have used for registering to the conference. After you create and confirm your password you can fill in your business profile. Once you fill in mandatory fields, , check the box Speed Dating (under Plan your attendance)
3) Wait for your profile to be activated
Only those registered to conference can book meetings during the Speed Dating Session. We will check your registration at the conference (that is why we need you to use the same email) and activate your profile within 36 hours.
After we activate your profile, you will get notified via email and your profile will show this:
4) Pick your meetings
This is the time for you to book your meetings. Click on Book meetings now (in the green field on your profile) and you will see a list of all investors/corporate partners you might book a meeting with.
By clicking on Request meeting at the specific investor/corporate partner, you will be offered available time slots for your meeting. You can book only 1 meeting with a specific investor/corporate partner. You can book up to 3 meetings all together.
The booking will be open till November 8th.
5) Deleting/Changing of the meeting
You can edit your meetings - go to top right corner of the screen, click on Meetings and by clicking on the three dots next to every booked meeting, you can either reschedule or cancel the meeting.
We will send the meetings agenda to the investors/corporate partners in advance, so they know who they will talk to.
6) Get to the conference and prepare for your meetings
The Speed Dating Session will be held at the Main stage of the Velvet Innovation Conference. Follow the instructions of organizers at the venue.
